These sessions are design to provide two levels of governance education. Our seminars are offered to any qualified non-profits organization.

He holds BSc Agric Economics of Obafemi Awolowo University and the prestigious Management Degree Programs of Master of Business Administration (MBA)of the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
His Interest is in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Africa Business Communities , Africa Investment Group ,Africa Oil Network , BlueShark: The Global Oil & Gas Network ,Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria Network Global Natural Gas Group and Lagos Business Club among others.

Henry is a capacity building expert with vast knowledge of Community/Rural Development activities in Nigeria. He is currently the Principal Partner of Eclipse Consulting, an Integrated Development Consulting Firm. As a Development Practitioner, Henry has garnered over 11 years extensive Integrated Development experience in Literacy, Research, Capacity Building, HIV/AIDS, Governance, Gender and Reproductive Health, Business Development, Community Mobilization and Engagement, Leadership, Team building, Project monitoring, Conflict Management and Resolution and Entrepreneurship Development.
He has been closely involved in the evolution of community organizing process using Participatory Approaches including PLA/PRA/PIA.. He has carried out Consulting and teaching assignments for IFAD, The World Bank, FADAMA, LEEMP, USADF, Government parastatals, Schools, Ministries, International organizations and Microcredit institutions.
With a Master’s Degree in Literacy Training and Development from the University of Ibadan, Henry has authored a number of publications on development issues. He has attended a number of development workshops and conferences both locally and internationally. An Associate of Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and also an alumnus of the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF). Henry Ofurune who speaks 3 Nigerian languages is currently studying for his PhD in Community Development.

Ikenna works as a Deputy Director of Programs with Development Alternatives and Resource Center (DARC). Before he joined DARC, Ikenna was a Program Officer and a Reporter in Pharmanews, the publishers of Nigeria’s foremost health news magazine in Lagos. He holds BSc in Microbiology and MSc in Public Health. An expert in Drug Demand Reduction, Ikenna has contributed immensely to Substance and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment in Nigeria.
He is an author of Hunters, a play on drug abuse, and has also written many articles on Drug Abuse and other health related issues in both local and international publications. Ikenna has facilitated various development workshops in Nigeria and abroad.

Toju Harrison had her early education at Corona school Gbagada and Lagos State Model College Kankon - Badagry. She later proceeded to the University of Lagos where she bagged her first degree in History and Strategic Studies and Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs (MPIA). Toju is the CEO of TH-7, an outfit that specialises in event management and consulting Toju has facilitated several training sessions on youths and women development .

Olufemi Mosaku-Johnson. MPP, MITD MNIM |
Mosaku-Johnson is a Principal Consultant and coordinator of General Management and Operations Management courses at the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to joining the Institute, he worked for Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc for a decade and later moved to Lagos State Public Staff Development Centre, as a facilitator and counseling psychologist. He had consulted for many NGOs including USAID, Centre for Community Development, Women and Humanity Initiative, CEDPA and Lagos State Teachers Resource Centre. He represents the Institute in the NBTE Accreditation Team. He had attended several development oriented courses and funded courses by UNDP, ACBF etc.
An alumnus of the then National Centre for Economic Management and Administration (NCEMA) and Centre for Management Development CMD. He has also attended Training and Development Functions course at the Lagos Business School/Pan African University. He has received numerous awards in development initiatives and leadership.
He is an author of many development books. He has been involved in training interventions, entrepreneurship, development administration organizational development, and process re-engineering. He has also authored several books.
