Leadership and Governance Programs for Non Profit Organizations

Our programs for Non Profit Organizations are targeted at Leadership Development and Governance for both the full time staff and the volunteer Board of Directors. We are committed to helping other non-profits achieve their goals and at a cost that is reasonable.

    • Staff Leadership Development
      Programs for staff development are tailored to help Executive Directors, President and other key staff, the opportunity to gain leadership skills required to achieve the specific objectives of the organization. These programs range from four hour seminars to a full three day seminar designed to provide very practical, hands on, and organization specific exercises that apply to the specific workplace. In addition, we conduct a short seminar on Corporate governance principles which compliments the work done for the Board of Directors.
    • Board Governance Seminars
      These sessions are design to provide two levels of governance education. Our seminars are offered to any qualified non-profits  organization.  Our programs are  designed to provide the board of directors with a strong working knowledge of the core issues of governance.     • Developing Youth Capacity for Conflict Resolution/Management training in Lagos State at the instance of United States Agency for International Development/Office of Transition Initiatives USAID/OTI.  March 2000.
    • Citikids Project: A Community-based Computer Program supported by UN Ambassador Special Self-Help Fund of the US Embassy in Nigeria. 2004-2006
    • Painting for Development Project: Using Mural for Drug Demand Reduction among Youth at Risks in Lagos State 2004-2006 funded by CAP Plc.
    • Follow Me Drug Free Project: A Poster Design Competition for Drug Abuse Prevention among Secondary School Students in Lagos State 2005 funded by CAP Plc
    • Silent Scream: A 27 Minutes Documentary on Street Children in the Face of Drugs and Crime. 2011.
    • Project Discovery: Using Kids Club to Promote Drug Demand Reduction Among Youths in Local Communities.
